When Do I Pay For My Cheerful Box?
When you make your purchase, you'll be charged for your first box immediately, and it will ship within 5 business days. Going forward, you'll be billed on the first of each month for the next box, which will ship around the 5th. Enjoy timely deliveries and exciting new designs each month!
What types of assortments can I expect?
The themes for The Cheerful Box can vary by month, often reflecting holidays, seasons, or special occasions.

How do I access the online decorating class?
Inside each Cheerful Box, you’ll find a card with a QR code. Just point your phone’s camera at the code and tap the link to visit the Subscriber Hub. Once logged in, you’ll find all the links to your tutorials. You can also log into the hub by clicking here
How do I cancel my subscription?
Simply fill out this form. You must cancel before the 15th of the month, or your card will be charged on the 1st.
What is your subscription box refund policy?
Please note that due to the digital nature of the class included in our subscription box, we are unable to offer refunds for this product.
