When do boxes ship?
- Your first box ships within 5 days of placing your order.
- All future boxes ship within 5 business days after your renewal on the 1st.
When will I be billed?
- You’re charged at checkout for your first box.
- All future payments are processed on the 1st of each month.
How do I cancel my membership?
Log into your account and you can make any changes in your portal. Please cancel before the 15th of the month, since we start preparing your box on the 16th.
Are the themes always different?
Yes! Each month features a brand-new seasonal or holiday theme — no repeats.
