Shipping policy

Most orders are reviewed and shipped within 5 business days. Subscription orders are processed on their own schedule. In most cases, items will be shipped via USPS via an auto-calculated rate (but we reserve to the right to select a more optimal shipping method should one be available).

Special note about shipments to countries other than the United States: You will be responsible for any taxes / duties charged by your country. Additionally, returns aren't accepted when shipped outside the United States - if you have an issue with your shipment or your order, please refer to our Refund Policy. We will do our best to make things right!

Canadian orders may be subject to duties or taxes upon delivery. These are not included in our shipping rate.
