Billing & Shipping
When do I get charged?
Payments are processed on the 1st of each month. If you sign up after the 1st, you’ll be charged immediately for your first box, and future payments will follow the monthly schedule.
When will my box ship?
Boxes ship within the first 6 days of each month. You’ll receive a tracking number once your box is on its way.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! You can cancel anytime before the 15th of the month. The cancellation policy is listed here.

Will I know the designs in advance?
You will know the assortment in your first box when you place your order, but all future boxes are a surprise! Each month features a seasonal or holiday-themed set of cookie cutters.
Do I need to purchase anything else?
You’ll need your own baking supplies, royal icing, and food coloring. We provide a supply list in each box so you’ll know exactly what to get!
How do I access the tutorial?
Each box includes a step-by-step decorating tutorial that can be watched on demand. You’ll receive an email with a link to the tutorial, a QR code in your box to access the tutorial and access to our website which has all of the tutorial links available only to subscribers.
Do I get access to past tutorials?
Yes! As a subscriber, you’ll have access to previous tutorials, so you can go back and watch anytime.
Is there a community for subscribers?
Yes! Subscribers get exclusive access to The Cheerful Cookie Club Facebook group, where you can ask questions, share your decorated cookies, and connect with other decorators.
