I was buying royal icing mix online and using that until I stumbled upon The Cheerful Baker. I was excited to try making my own meringue powder since I didn’t even realize I could get all the ingredients so easily. We’ll let me tell you the recipe makes quite a bit and then using that to make the royal icing has changed how I will decorate my cookies. The royal icing is luxurious and the amount of water to add to get the right consistency was spot on. I am forever a fan!

Omg I was hesitant to make this purchase as I was introduced to Cheerful Baker on Facebook. But I went through and boy and I happy with this bundle! Not only do you get an amazing Royal Icing recipe but you learn how to make your own meringue powder! The cookies are amazing! Thank you for making it affordable for moms like me that love to make cookies and decorate them! My family enjoyed them so much.

I made the royal icing recipe and really liked it! I love how it specifically says how much water to add for what consistency. Most recipes will say add a little bit of water to get the consistency you want. She tells you the exact amount and it’s such a time saver!!

super soft and tasty!! i've used some other recipes but this recipe is by far the best :)

It is so beautiful and I can hardly wait until I can mix up a batch of my favorite cookies. I know these cutters will reform top notch!
